Special Projects and Wish List

For more than 50 years, the Jewish Reconstructionist Federation (JRF), despite its size, is broadly recognized as often taking the lead on progressive and social issues in American Jewish life, providing vibrant Jewish leadership in numerous communities across North America and around the world.

JRF seeks to expand the impact of its presence and its far-reaching programs and activities among its family of communities and congregations and beyond. Driving and enabling this effort are “wishes” and special projects, ranging from sponsorship of Reconstructionism Today (RT) to sponsoring JRF websites to scholarships for youth to camp and No’ar Hadash regional and national programs to venture capital funds that can aid the growth and creation of new synagogues in the movement.

“Wishes” range from $500 to $5 million.

“Wishes” and Special Projects can be funded annually, for a term of years,or even through establishing an endowed fund.

“Wishes” may be dedicated in honor or memory of loved ones or friends.
