Mayim Rabim Reconstructionist Congregation, founded in 1992, is affiliated with the Jewish Reconstructionist Federation. Reconstructionist Judaism was founded by Rabbi Mordecai Kaplan and seeks to bring together tradition and modern ideals.

Saturday, June 20: 9:30 a.m. Shabbat Morning Services
Services led by Rabbi Renée Bauer & congregants
Kiddush following services at noon and,
in honor of the beginning of summer, join Rabbi Renée on a
nature walk Shabbat afternoon, 4:00 – 5:30. The walk will begin at the
Lake Hiawatha Recreation Center, 27th Avenue and 44th Street East
in Minneapolis. We will use various Jewish traditions to awaken to the natural
surroundings as we celebrate Shabbat in the outdoors. The walk
will not be strenuous but will not be wheelchair accessible.
