JRF NY/NJ Region has decided to create this new calendar to further connect the Reconstructionist community of our 13 regional synagogues. The calendar, to which each synagogue will contribute its own events, will be the most efficient and convenient way to inform that community of the events of your particular synagogue.

The more that our 13 congregations communicate with one another, the more we can network and cooperate for bigger and better programs and events, the more we can support one another in ensuring successful programming, and the more we can develop a thriving and expansive Reconstructionist community. While the JRF is providing the forum in which these programs can be shared, it is in not in anyway promoting any particular program of any particular synagogue. The JRF and its calendar will hopefully serve as a bridge, expanding the possibilities of our Jewish community.
