Zachary Teutsch

Zachary Teutsch is the Investment Education Coordinator for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) AFL-CIO. After growing up in the Dorshei Derekh Reconstructionist minyan in Philadelphia, he is now an organizer of Tikkun Leil Shabbat, a progressive, nondenominational havurah that is part of a burgeoning resurgence of the havurah/minyan movement among twenty-something Jews. Teutsch serves on the boards of the Jewish Reconstructionist Federation and Moishe House Boston: Kavod Jewish Social Justice House, and is active in the National Havurah Committee. When he is not helping AFSCME members understand long-term investment, he can probably be found cooking, playing poker, or competing with his ultimate frisbee team.
